With a small exception in a square brackets, I bet your week is pretty much like the one I described above. Many people consider that as life. I don't.

What is life and what it really means to live a real life? I think this depends on certain people and their point of view, but I believe that the real life is happening only when you are doing the things that make you happy and what really drives you. I think that many people would agree with me. There are a lot of different things and activities in every person's life during the day. Have you ever asked yourself are all of those things and activities really drives you? Are you really happy by doing them? I see a lot of people just being busy during the day/week/month/year/life but never really stopping and making a critical thinking about their lives.

Most of them are so busy by doing all kinds of daily routines that they just simply can't fit any real life in their schedules. Are you one of them? I think that to answer such question is not so easy, because of a few. One of them is that most people consider happiness as the state when they are not sad or when they are living a little bit better than others. In my mind it's not right. The real happiness is only when you are sincerely happy about how you are living despite any other reasons or comparisons to others. Another reason is that most people don't know what they really want. Most of our needs are just adopted habits and patterns from the surroundings person was raised in. Most people are just following the scenario they were raised in and keep on continuing it for the rest of their lives not even realizing that it might not be right. Some of them feel that something is not right, but usually they are too busy to make a critical thinking and change their lives.

Finding a real life is not easy, it takes courage, skills, determination and many other features. Anyway, it is possible. The first thing to do is to realize that things you are doing might not have a meaning. The second step is to develop yourself for a meaningful life. And I mean meaningful for you, not for others. Everything else is just a technical part. Everyone of us has a different start in life, but the good news is that despite that everybody has a chance for the same glorious finish. This depends on you, what are you going to do to live a real, happy and meaningful life.

I would like to know what does the real life means to you?

Real life is simply being... being who you are meant to be. Real life is being... being in alignment with your purpose. When you know your WHY, you know your WAY.

Kind Regards,
Bill

Hi, Bill!

I agree with you 100%. When you know your WHY, everything is in it's places :) The problem is that most people I meet they don't know their WHY, or if somebody knows in most cases it is not their WHY.

Great to hear from you my friend :)

Hi Aistis,

As Bill said, I think we just have to be ourselves because everyone else is already taken. The problem begins when we try to be too many things for too many people. It doesn't help anybody and creates frustration.

So, the idea is find your WHY, get passionate about making it happen and do the work. Rest will be taken care by the universe.

A great point of discussion!

WHY is the key! I agree with you, Kumar, for 100% :) The problem is that many people simply don't have their WHY and many who think they have, it's simple somebody else's WHY sold for them. Like Randy Gage somewhere told "Your father was a doctor, your grandfather was a doctor, guess who do you want to be.." :)

Nice to hear from you, Kumar!

I don't know, J. You tell me if that is a real life? The post is not about this topic, basically, but getting to think about your question my personal answer could be like this: if narcotics really drive person, can it be called life?
