Your dreams are unstealable!!!

There are two types of possessions in life. One of them is material things and the other is your dreams and your mindset. People invented a lot of security solutions to protect their material possessions and still there are a lot of holes that lead to losses. With dreams things are different, once you make them immortal, they become unstealable.

One day I was thinking what would happen if everything I have in material would be lost. I think it's one of the bothering questions many of you consider very important. I remember couple of times when it happened to me. There were few times in my life I lost almost everything I had accrued before and none of those times something bad happened or made me go crazy. And the main thing that kept me on moving and finding a solution to gather everything and even more again were my dreams and my mindset. After all of those times it happened I didn't turn down on life, because I always had my dreams immortal and they always lifted me up.

And is there any method to steal your dreams? I believe there is just until you make a conscious choice to protect them and never ever give up on your dreams. That makes your dreams immortal. While you are not sure of your path in life and who you are really meant to be, there are a lot of dream thieves around you, like wrong people, any kind of memes, myths, irrational beliefs, unwillingness, ignorance of information, laziness, routine and mostly of the time it's you yourself.

Here is one of the examples, that you probably never think of being such: there are a lot of proverbs in society that are not right or maybe just interpreted in a wrong way. One of them is "Don't tell your dream to anybody because it will not come true". It might be true to some degree. If you are not sure about your dream or if you are not strong enough to protect your dream with your mindset, this proverb might turn out to be true. One of the options is not to tell your dream to wrong people, to dream thieves, until you make it immortal. It's always possible to tell your dream to right people, the ones who will help you and will lift you up. And that's a choice of self-development to recognize such people and let them into your life. I always tell my dreams to others, of course to the right people, and it's not because I'm afraid of dream thieves, it's because I don't see any sense telling them to wrong people. You can do the same!

Summarizing all above and my starting thought of what would happen if everything material would be lost, I'm very happy about the conclusion. Nobody can steal dreams. It's impossible if you make them immortal. That means that in any circumstances, in any situation you are facing, you can still look to the world with a big smile, because you have your dreams which are the main ingredient in creating an abundant life. And to make your dreams immortal there are many methods and everything starts with self-development. And that's a choice which is made only by you.

So, how do you protect your dreams? Or you have already made them immortal and they became unstealable? Share your story with others!

It feels that I’m reading Paulo Coelho – Alchemist all over again :) it’s a great book by the way.
I think if you can’t protect your dream, then it’s not such an important to you and you’r wasting your time with it. There is no need to protect it if the dream makes you feel alive. And if your fighting with your “dream thieves”, I think I could mean, that you aren’t strongly believe in your dream, or you are moving your dream to the higher level and trying to make that dream stronger then it were before.
Thanks for great thoughts :)

Hi, M.R. Thank you for your comment :) Alchemist is really a superb book, I have just read it couple months ago, so it's possible there are some influence on this post from the book.
I agree with you that protecting depends on the strength of your belief in your dreams. Yet for many people it's important to protect them at first, when they are just learning to make them immortal at the first attempts.
Thanks for you thoughts again ;)!
